PUMPKIN FEST in downtown Winnsboro. Trick or Treating for the kids., Jack-O-Lantern Contest Bring your own Jack-O-Lantern w/light, Pumpkin Pie Contest Who can bake the best pumpkin pie in town. We are asking parents to set up tables and dispense candy to the kids. Come out for a great night of Entertainment.
