Fairfield Central High School is organized as a Professional Learning Community. The philosophy of Fairfield Central High School is based on Breaking Ranks II: Strategies for Leading High School Reform published in 2004 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Additionally, Fairfield Central High School is a “High School That Works” site. The goal of Fairfield Central High School is to prepare students for careers in the new millennium.
