The Town of Winnsboro is hosting a public meeting to gather input on plans for nature-based resilient stormwater improvements at Fortune Springs Park (490 Fortune Springs Dr.) that address flooding and water quality issues and restore park amenities. The Town is hoping to get a good turnout for the meeting and involve as many stakeholders as possible.
