Bring your favorite Pet downtown @ 10:00 am to be a part of the July 4 Winnsboro Paw Parade. There will be trophies awarded for the smallest pet, the largest pet, the most unusual pet and the best dressed pet. The merchants will be giving out little gift packs for everyone.
