Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the law, Winnsboro Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 6:15 p.m., in the Winnsboro Historic Town Clock, 100 South Congress Street, Winnsboro, South Carolina.
The purpose of this public hearing is to provide for public comment concerning the adoption of an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of Winnsboro, South Carolina, to Rezone Approximately ±602.3 Acres to a Planned Development District (PDD) to be Known as The Parks at Fairview PDD.
The general public is invited to attend the Public Hearing.
