Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the law, Winnsboro Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:15 p.m., in the Winnsboro Historic Town Clock, 100 South Congress Street, Winnsboro, South Carolina.
The purpose of this public hearing is to provide for public comment concerning the adoption of a Development Agreement Between the Town of Winnsboro, South Carolina, and Winnsboro Hospitality, LLC.
The general public is invited to attend the Public Hearing.
